Feature Profile Writing Final
For my Writing in Communication course, our final project wrapped up the course by encompassing all the news writing into one feature profile on an individual from our class. For my final, I featured our instructor, Mike McLaughlin. We were tasked with intereviewing the individual, finding a unique angle on them, and collecting information from two secondary sources.
Honors Philosophy Final
The spring semester of my Sophomore year wrapped up with a final paper in my Honors Philosophy class. For the assignment, we were tasked with creating a philosophical argument surrounding a work of film or television series. I chose to cover Lost, one of my favorite shows. In this paper, I presented and supported my main argument while presenting counterarguments and debunking them.
Honors English Reflective Piece
One of the hardest pieces I've had to write is this reflective paper on the best version of ourselves. We began the process of writing the piece in the beginning of the semester, continually editing and rewriting certain aspects of it based on the peer revisions given. Students took a quiz to assess our greatest strengths, then were asked to evaluate these results, confirming or refuting them.
